  • A song for Halloween time : WHICH WITCH IS WHICH? (You have got the script (the lyrics in English and the translation into Spanish)

SONG: Lyrics

Which witch is which?
Who is who?
What is your name?
And what do you do?

My name is Mildred
I have 13 cats
They sleep in my house
And under my hat

Which witch is which?
Who is who?
What is your name?
And what do you do?

My name is Salem
I bake tricks
With rats and bats
And lizards and snakes

Which witch is which?
Who is who?
What is your name?
And what do you do?

My name is Gertrude
And I make potions
With shark teeth and seashells
I find by the ocean

Which witch is which?
Who is who?
What is your name?
And what do you do?

My name is Hagatha
I grow warts
I hop like a toad
And I love to play sports

Which witch is which?
Who is who?
What is your name?
And what do you do?

My name is Hazel
I sell brooms
You can use them for sweeping
Or flying past the moon

We are the witches
You know who is who
It's time we must be going
Cause there's oh so much to do

Last Friday 19th  October we went to Montsonis Castle.
We had a nice guide, Rosa, and thanks to her we could learn a lot of things about the history, the costumes and the life in a castle.
But the most important  thing was that we learnt and had fun in ENGLISH.
We played a vocabulary game and we were divided into different teams. And we had 3 winners.

                  CONGRATULATIONS!!!

We saw the entrance, the ancestors' room, the dining room, the kitchen, the bedroom and the chapel, the tower, the celler, the dungeon, the pilgrim's room... and then when we finished, we went shopping and we bought a lot of Medieval things... after the visit we had dinner, played and came back to school. It rained a little but definitely we had a wonderful time!

Here are some pictures...

OUR PENPALS

LETTERS FROM CANADA (6th A)

At last we have met our penpals from Canada. This year we have got a project with our 6-year-students.
They have got one PENPAL and they must write letters in English to practise all the vocabulary, grammar structures and everything they know to communicate with their new friends.
Today has been the great day... 27 letters have arrived and our students were SO EXCITED about it! They went on a trip to Montreal and they took some pictures.

Apart from that, they have written a poem about Canada in winter.

Now it's our turn to write back, so, let's get down to work!!!!!

By the way if you want to see their school in Quebec, have a look at google maps

And now, you can see the photos of the different letters they are sending to each other.
